According to Daily Online, Wu Xun is the only female student among all her classmates majoring in marine engineering at Shanghai\u2019s Merchant Marine College (MMC) and is the first female marine engineering major in the history of the college, in a department that had only ever admitted male students before her.\r\n\r\nThe students who were dressed in a black trousers and white shirts with Wu Xun standing in front of the whole school, as they sang and gave her a birthday cake.
