A mortuary photo taking of late Festus Iyayi, the former ASUU President has surfaced as an evidence against the Police who allegedly shot him on the chest few weeks ago on his way to an "end asuu strike" meeting.



Moments after his death, police said he was killed in a tragic accident but contrary to police reports, medical sources said he was shot to death.

The chairman of UNIBEN chapter of ASUU, Dr Anthony Monye Emina said after the vehicle rolled over severally, Prof Iyayi was seen in an upright position with blood gushing out of his chest. Read more shocking revelations on his death here.
