The embattled ex National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki has suffered a major defeat in court as his trial continues.
The Court of Appeal in Abuja has dismissed two separate appeals filed by Col. Sambo Dasuki (retd), to stop his ongoing trials before two separate judges of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory in Maitama.
The appeal court delivered its judgment some hours after hearing the appeals earlier on Wednesday morning.
