The University of Lagos Authorities have decided to bring back the students into resumption on May 2nd after sending them home but this is to be done after each Student have signed the "Reabsorption and Indemnity Forms" which states "that every Student individually will not engage in any form of violence, protest or reaction against the school management in the nearest future and if the contrary is done then they are liable to face whatever Consequence that the Management deems fit even if it is their admission.
This agrreement is to be signed by both students and their guardians or parents as a sign of maximum co-operation".
According to the Management they have seen this as a measure to curb future violence and maintain peace and a Law abiding school enviroment but in its more critical view is this action democratic or fundamental to human rights as Student are expected to live without complains in a Federal University.
