The goodwill former President Dr president Goodluck Ebele Jonathan award $2b dollars in order to procure arms to further strengthen the Armed Force on a mission to disarm the threat of the country, in to strengthen the security of the nation but some few Nigerians alluded the money to themselves, putting the lives of one hundred and seventy million Nigerians in danger, because if we are not careful, terrorism will longer be a nothern phenomenon but a Nigerian phenomenon that is to say, bokoharam will be threat to the country at Large.
On the headlines of our news papers 'The Nation', Vanguard to mention but a few on Thursday December 3, 2015 have it that, the former National security adviser(NSA) Sambo Dasuki has made some mind - boggling revelations to the Economic and financial crimes commission on how $2b that was awarded for procurement of weapons to fight terrorism was shared among some few Nigerians.
Dasuki has not been forced by Salisu's confessions mentioned some names that collected some billions of naira on the $2b deals, among them are Deputy National Chairman of PDP, eX-Governors, ex ministers, And the AIT boss, but the AIT boss said the money he collected was based on contractual relationship for publicity and media political campaigns during the 2015 General election, investigation in process by the EFCC.
We only know of this because the media allowed us this time to know the truth and what President Buhari stands for which is the 'kick against corruption ' attitude. What about corruption in other key Sector such as Education, Finance, Petroluem, Transportation, Housing, power to mentionbut a few that has caused unemployment in the country.
The common people, the masses, can no longer live the way they ought to, they are been paid #18,000 minimum wages but State/Federal school fees are expensive for the common people to access, we have no access to good roads, we have no access to constant power supply all because of selfish acts of few Nigerians that have taken it upon themselves to always embezzle public funds not in naira but in hard currencies.. It is on this note i think we need KIRIKIRI PHASE TWO, Don't know if you share same idea with me?
