On Saturday evening, Prince William and Kate Middleton presented the newest addition to their family: The Princess of Cambridge.
The Duchess of Cambridge arrived at the hospital in labor at 6 a.m. local time and gave birth at 8:34 a.m. local time to a baby girl weighing 8 lbs, 3 oz.

By 6:11 p.m. local time, the proud parents exited the Lindo Wing of St. Mary's hospital with their new tiny bundle of joy.
The proud parents waved for a couple of moments before going back into the hospital.
"Their Royal Highnesses would like to thank all staff at the hospital for the care and treatment they have all received," Kensington Palace announced on Twitter. "They would also like to thank everyone for their warm wishes."
