Job Descrption;
Personal Assistant wanted for 1804 Productions and video producer. To be considered you must be great at multitasking have a vibrant and friendly personality and be great with communication skills.
Social Media management is one of the most important requirements of the job so if you are not active daily on sites like Google+, Twitter and Facebook then this is not the right job for you. Knowledge and use of Google Docs is mandatory!!!
Responsibilities:;
* You will be working directly with the Producer, going on set with her, and meeting other professional actors/ actresses.
* Provide a full range of confidential personal assistance to the producer.
* Compose and prepare correspondences, reports, agendas and minutes of meetings.
* Maintain strict confidentiality.
* Maintain good filing systems for smooth data retrieving.
Arrange meetings/conferences; prepare presentations and other related tasks.
* Critical Thinking.
* Physical and Mental wellness and personal responsibility.
* To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties.
Qualifications And Requirements:;
* Only ND-Holders in Business Administration, mass communication, management or related discipline in Social Sciences are to apply.
* Minimum years experience not required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Must be computer literate as well as proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages.
* Proactive and numerate.
* Self motivated.
