They expressed the support today at the Presidential Villa in Abuja during the two-hour open-door meeting that held with Jonathan.
During the meeting, the leader of the delegation and former Defence Minister Mohammed Bello Haliru told the president that they were with him now and would continue to be with him in future.
"Your Excellency, we are with you now, and we will continue to be with you in future", Haliru said.
In his remarks, Jonathan challenged his critics to compare his achievements with those of his predecessors.
The meeting ended few minutes past 3.00pm.
