When asked by Xtra Factor host Caroline Flack what her pans for Bailey are, Mrs O said: 'I'm gonna bring her out to America.
'She's got her wings and she's gonna fly. What a way for Mrs O to go home! My last x factor and I'm a winner.'
Promising to invite Bailey round for Christmas dinner, she added: 'I want to thank everybody who has shown Sam such love and support. And especially lord sugar who has been there from day one.'
On her close friendship with her act, Sharon – who departs the show after this series – revealed: 'It's a mum thing, it's a woman thing, we don't have to say anything we just know.'
Sam was voted this year's winner over Louis Walsh's act Nicholas McDonald.
Her single Skyscraper is now in the running to become 2013′s Christmas number 1 single.
